Delivery/Confirmation
The normal delivery time is 2-5 days from the day the order was placed. Please contact our Customer Service on info@nyaks.se if you have an inquiry on the status of your order. Desaviwatch.com delivers worldwide.
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase by e-mail as soon as we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation if you should need to contact Desaviwatch.com’s customer service.

Payment
Desavi accepts international payments through VISA, Mastercard, and Payson. When you pay with credit card, the payment is handled by Payson.
Delivery charges
Shipping cost are applied in regard to the specific shipment destination, hence the shipping cost can vary. Goods are shipped from Sweden. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. This means that we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns
You have the right to return undamaged and unused products within 14 days after recivied goods. The returned product shall be in an unused and undamaged state in its original package. Return the product together with the return form that comes along with the product. You are responsible for the shippingcost of returned items back to Desaviwatch.com Items lost in transportation will not be compensated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 5-10 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Force Majeure
In case of Force Majeur, Desaviwatch.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Desaviwatch.com can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Desaviwatch.com .A Force Majeur is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.
Desaviwatch.com will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.
